A signed agreement and deposit are required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

Absolutely! While gratuity is never required, our staff always appreciates cash tips for exceptional service.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the timing and circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate a new event date.

Because cannabis laws vary by state, The Pampered Puff does not sell or provide THC cannabis unless permitted by applicable laws and licensing requirements. We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Larger events and weekends tend to book quickly, so earlier is always better.
